I was working two jobs and it was really difficult for me to earn the extra money. One of my close friends suggested me this product and after some research, I decided to invest in it.

I had a download problem. The response from DWSM was really fast and the issue was solved. The manual was exactly what I expected. I bought a manual form here two days ago. I made the mistake of navigating away from the page before I downloaded the links but thought I would be OK as it would also be sent in an email. The email only contained a link to one. I sent an email to the support email on the website before noticing that there was a live chat option.
I had a chat with David who provided all the instructions required to download and install the manual. He responded to my email at the same time providing a link to all the files required along with detailed instructions on installation.
Couldn't fault the support or the price of the manual. I have bought 2 different manuals and One of them has been installed without a problem but the second one I had a personal problem to install and I contact them thru email and they tried to support me. The manual is very easy to understand and is you go but you vin number the access is direct to your car service. Thank you Mike for the great support! I doubt any of you reading these reviews will have been referred to this crowd.
Most likely you googled a manual you needed and found them that way. So trust your judgement and avoid them completely I say. I needed a repair manual quickly for my vehicle and the 'instant download' fit the bill.
So, I contacted them via their online chat function to pay via PayPal and received an immediate connection to Simon. Within minutes I had a PayPal request for the amount due and paid it there and then. And then nothing. No download link received, no further information of any kind in fact, and no further replies to my follow ups. After a couple of days I finally raised a PayPal dispute and magically received an angry reply from them, through paypal, and they refunded my payment on the spot - so they get one star for existing and one extra star for not delaying the refund at least I suppose!
Their excuse? They tell me when I was asking where my stuff was, I didn't email their correct email address - which I of course did, but I also sent messages using their online contact function which automatically fills their email address for you! They also say they don't work 24 hours a day and processing orders takes time. I guess they could send me a money request literally within minutes - they just couldn't actually deliver what I actually paid for.
I had Workshop, Wiring, Engine, and Driver manuals all in my inbox within 90 seconds. Thank goodness for PayPal is all I can say….. Bought a workshop manual from here yesterday. Checked around to see if there were any issues the previous one star review wasn't showing here yesterday and bought with credit card, making sure the lock was showing in my browser and that it was a https site.
